Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchanges Policy of StellaJane Interiors.

We inspect all our wonderful goods carefully before they are shipped. If your goods are faulty or damaged on arrival we will happily replace them.

  1. All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of collection or delivery. All claims for damage or quality issues must be raised during this time, claims are not accepted after 24 hours of the goods being delivered.
  2. Advice of any defect or damage must be provided in writing to info@stellajaneinteriors.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and must include details of  the issue as well as digital photographic evidence. Claims are not accepted after 24 hours of the goods being delivered
  3. Any returns due to faults or damage must use StellaJane Interiors approved carriers and transport companies. Goods must be returned in their original packaging
  4. Provided the returns process is followed StellaJane Interiors,  at its discretion will either refund the purchase price in full or replace the Goods as soon as is reasonably possible.

StellaJane Interiors will not accept returns nor any liability for repair, exchange or refund in respect of defects or damage caused in whole or in part by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or failure to follow product warning or care information.

StellaJane Interiors stocks many handmade and handfinished products;  including furniture, homewares and fabrics. These products may feature  cracks, diverts, knocks and colour variations which are not considered faults but are part of the finish and charactor of some of our collections.

Goods may not be returned due to a “change of mind”, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned and are subject to authorisation and the discretion of StellaJane Interiors. Due to the materials used in our products, there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture, grain or otherwise and this unique feature of the product is not accepted as reason for return of the goods.
